Welcome to the Academic Department of the Cave Hill School of Business (CHSB), where we pride ourselves in offering the ideal learning experience to our participants, and are dedicated to continuously improving the delivery of our academic programmes.

We currently offer six programmes accredited by the University of the West Indies (UWI):
The Cave Hill School of Business, in conjunction with the Mona School of Business, and the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business jointly offers a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) programme. The first cohort started on January 28th, 2008 at the CHSB.
We focus on identifying the right media mix to achieve the highest learning effect for our participants and to meet the needs of a wide cross-section of people. Consequently, CHSB commenced the migration of its originally fully face-to-face academic programmes to online and distance learning (ODL) format in 2006. This ODL methodology is in essence “an integrated programme of multiple media types”, and the CHSB primarily utilizes online delivery, face-to-face delivery, CDs and text based material.
In addition to our six academic programmes we also offer individual courses throughout the year across the region in both face-to-face and online formats. We offer over sixty (60) diploma courses and over forty (40) MBA courses. Participants have the option of auditing the courses or registering for credit.
