Through our Executive Development programmes (conferences, workshops and seminars) we provide participants with practical information, skills and techniques that they can readily use in their work each day. These programmes are designed on the principle that those who attend them require information that they can immediately utilise and therefore sessions are designed to meet this need. CHSB also focuses on ensuring that the information is up to date and relevant for the circumstances that participants will face in the future.
Participants in these programmes are usually drawn from public and private sector organizations. They are generally middle or senior managers with a broad range of experience and diverse skills. The programmes focus on interaction, discussion and sharing of experiences amongst the participants. This diversity contributes to the overall benefits gained by each participant.
