This four day programme is open to the public and offers you the opportunity to enhance your training capabilities while networking in the Caribbean's largest English-speaking nation.
For four days you will be involved in a highly practical and engaging programme specifically designed with a view to providing you with the skills and knowledge to effectively design and deliver training initiatives in any organisation - from needs identification to evaluation. Upon completion of the programme you will join the network of hundreds across the Caribbean who have already been certified as trainers and you would have taken the first step in our Trainer Certification Programme.
