Dr. Comma's Biography


This outstanding regionalist is a graduate of the University of the Virgin Islands and George Washington University, Washington D.C.  She is a member of the American Society for Training and Development, and the Commonwealth Association of Public Administration and Management.
 
She has presented papers at Conferences and conducted workshops on Leadership and Management in London, Singapore, Delhi, Morocco, South Africa, Ghana and Vancouver, and has been an Executive Coach to Executives in the public and private sectors. Her extensive experience and practical insights have guided leaders in both large and small organisations, in the region, in improving their operations in the areas of Total Quality Management, Leadership Development, Organizational strategic planning and Change Management. 
 
Today she is the CEO/ Director for the Cave Hill School of Business (CHSB) – University of the West Indies, an institution that she has transitioned from the Centre of Management Development (CMD)- University of the West Indies.
 
She is also a member of the Board of Directors of Sagicor Life Inc., Sagicor Financial Corporation as well as one of the Governor General’s representatives on the Barbados Judicial Committee.   Dr. Comma is also a member of the Board of the Barbados Tourism Authority.
