There is no doubt that we are in this together and so we join you in playing a part in maintaining a COVID-free environment while continuing to ensure that your learning and developmental needs are met. To this end, we are offering contact-less methods of engagement as follows:
Appointment System
In the event it is necessary for you to meet with a member of staff regarding your activities with us, we ask, where convenient and expedient, please send a message by e-mail to the relevant party(ies). Or, to telephone (246) 424-7731 and schedule an appointment. The following appointment slots are available weekly:
Monday- 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
Wednesday- 10:00 am – 2:00pm
Friday- 2:00pm – 4:00pm
Payment Options
For payment activities, we are pleased to announce the introduction of our new online payment system called Fygaro as detailed below. You are encouraged to make payments through this system primarily. Our other payment methods, namely, bank transfer, credit/debit card, remain in place as detailed below.
1. Fygaro
Fygaro is an online billing platform that ensures seamless and secure online credit card payments. The platform is fully integrated with the payment gateway provider First Atlantic Commerce.
How are payments made using Fygaro ?
To make a payment using Fygaro send us an email at chsb@cavehill.uwi.edu informing us that you are desirous of making a payment. Remitting your request via your programme manager or customer service representative is also acceptable. Please indicate the following via the request, where applicable:
- Name of Participant/organization :
- Description of course / programme:
- Invoice number being paid:
- Payment amount and Currency:
- The payment currencies accepted via this means are Barbados dollars (BBD) and US dollars (USD) only.
After processing your request, an electronic invoice will be sent to you using the Fygaro platform, click on the “Pay” button to initiate the easy to follow payment process.
Will I still be required to complete the credit card authorization form?
No. You will not be required to complete this form if you have opted to pay via Fygaro.

If the above payment options are not convenient for you, we respectfully ask that you telephone our office for an appointment at the times identified above. Note that we are maintaining a very limited physical staff complement, therefore appointments are necessary.
Please note that admittance to the premises will be permissible based on the nationally prescribed practices, that is, a face mask must be worn; on entering our facilities, the hand-sanitizing regime must be adhered to. While we do not anticipate large numbers of individuals in the building at any one time, we ask you to maintain a minimum of six (6) feet physical distance away from anyone else in your presence while there.
