Theme: Building Sustainability: Design, Policy and Practice for the Caribbean

Date: February 8th-10th, 2021 (morning sessions only)

The University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus presents Build Better Symposium 2021, a virtual 3-day event for anyone who works in or supports the design, construction, maintenance and governance of buildings across the Caribbean Region, to learn of ways to reduce costs and greenhouse gas emissions through sustainable building practices.

Under the theme ‘Building Sustainability: Design, Policy and Practice for the Caribbean’, this symposium provides members of the Built Environment and supporting industries the perfect opportunity to connect with peers, industry experts and policy makers in a virtual space, to discuss strategies on how to build sustainably within the Caribbean context.

Companies also have the opportunity to book a space in our Virtual Exhibition Room to showcase their products/services and directly engage the symposium attendees.
