Supervisory Skills Programme St. Lucia

“True leaders do not create followers...they create more leaders!" - J Sakiya Sandifer

Successful supervisors know that if they are going to be effective in their jobs they need to be able to influence all around them. This requires them to practice leadership at all levels of the organization. It requires that they possess a clear understanding of the vision that is to be realized by their efforts and they must also have the ability to convince others to work to make it a reality.

This programme is designed to help supervisors refine their effectiveness in their role. It will allow them to spend time deepening their understanding of themselves, their team, peers, and their management.
