Refund Policy
(for Executive Education, Managerial and Supervisory, and Professional Development Courses and Programmes)
- If you are no longer able to attend a specific course for which you have already registered and paid, please email the details to chsb@cavehill.uwi.edu.
- You may be eligible for a refund as per the schedule which follows:
| Written notice of cancellation received by Cave Hill School of Business | Refund |
| 10 days or more before the start of the specific course | 100% of course fees |
| 5 to 9 days before the start of the specific course | 50% of course fees less a processing fee of minimum of $10 up to a maximum of 20% of the course fee, whichever is greater. |
| 4 days or less before the start of the specific course | No refund |
- If you are unable to attend any specific course you can substitute another participant to take your place in the specific course without any additional charge. Please email any change of participants at least 2 days ahead of the start of the specific course.
